Jessalyn is a fourth year Ph.D. Candidate in the biomedical engineering department. She is from San Diego and completed her BS in Bioengineering at UCLA. As an undergraduate, Jessalyn worked under Min Lee, researching small drug delivery vehicles, sterosomes, to deliver small molecule drugs for bone regeneration. In Dr. Wilson's lab, she is researching polymeric vesicles as a drug delivery vehicle for immunomodulatory agents. In her free time Jessalyn enjoys reading, taking dance classes, and exploring Nashville.
